Naan Hut is a casual, order-at-the-counter Persian restaurant in West LA. Its menu is filled with solid versions of staples like beef koobideh, creamy mast o moosir, and ghormeh gabzi stew, but the thing to prioritize here is bread. And in particular, the sangak and barbari bread. The sangak is light and perfectly chewy, and the barbari is the perfect thing to have around the kitchen all week for all of your dipping needs.
