According to their Instagram, this new pop-up might just have the best gumbo recipe in the world. But whether that’s true or not is up to you. They also offer other Cajun dishes like jambalaya, cider-glazed chicken, and coconut white chocolate pudding on occasion, so keep an eye on their Instagram for all the latest updates.
