Los Balcones has long been one of Hollywood's most dependable casual dinner spots, but if you're looking to snag a table, just know it's currently playing host to a Peruvian pop-up called Colibri. The residency is set to run all of 2023 and features a tasty menu of classic Peruvian dishes like mixed ceviche, juicy lomo saltado, and plenty of pisco sours. We love Colibri so much it's currently on our Hit List.
