Where we've featured it
After a brief soft opening, Imari is officially expanding to full dine-in service in Brentwood. The Japanese restaurant specializes in washoku, a traditional style of cooking that involves rice, miso soup, various side dishes, and an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. You’ll find on the menu tomatoes with fresh yuba, striped jack sashimi and ponzu jelly, a Japanese Wagyu steak served with wasabi and fresh sea salt, plus an extensive sake and wine program. There are only 28 seats in the small, minimalist restaurant, so if you want to check it out, consider making a reservation.
