An office park on the outskirts of El Segundo might seem like a strange place to find truly excellent Roman-style pizza-by-the-slice. But that’s Il Romanista, a simple spot with a few seats and lots of pizza. “Roman-style” here means huge square pies with a focaccia-like dough and minimal Italian toppings, cut into slices with scissors and warmed up to order.
