Foods from Latin America, natural wines from female winemakers, and Euro-inspired bikes? Believe it or not, all of those elements come together in LA’s latest pop-up, Échale! x Vinovore, a collaboration between chef Sean Yontz and the Silver Lake wine shop, Vinovore. They’ll be operating out of Linus Bike’s patio showroom in Venice, serving braised oxtails with potato mulitas, tacos made with 24-hour chile colorado lamb belly, hand-cut pastrami tortas, and Rancho Gordo refried beans flavored with duck fat, aged cheddar, and chicharrón. This weekend-only pop-up is open on Fridays from 12pm-6pm and Saturdays from 11am-5pm.
