Chang's Garden
Chang’s Garden is a kind of Chinese diner, one that we’d happily turn into our regular spot. It’s a place made for groups, with a simple space and plenty of big tables to seat all your friends. You’ll need to bring them, because everything you order here is giant. The falling-apart pork steamed in lotus leaf is rich and perfect on a semi-cold Southern California day, and the lightly-fried fish that comes in a seaweed-y batter is especially great when you dip it in the spiced salt that comes on the side.
