Carmela is located on 3rd Street in Beverly Grove and has been in business for over a decade - an impressive feat for a part of town not exactly known for business loyalty. But Carmela has built a strong following for their excellent sorbets, soda floats, milkshakes, and a salted caramel ice cream that will change you. Also, we’re pretty sure they pump that caramel scent into their air ducts because there isn’t a better-smelling ice cream shop in LA.
