Melrose Place didn’t need another place to take photos of pretty food and cups of tea, but Cafe Flora is here anyway. It’s a cafe inside the high-end accessory store Mansur Gavriel, and from the white cafe tables to waitstaff dressed in flowing beige linen outfits, it’s beautiful. But the food, aside from the avocado toast, is pretty boring and pretty expensive for what it is.
