The former chef de cuisine at Trois Mec just launched a new Beverly Hills pop-up, serving sandwiches made with everything from roast beef to braised greens. Their most recent drop? An extremely expensive, very deluxe sandwich. Sliced Wagyu roast beef gets piled high on their signature house-made focaccia, and comes drizzled in parmesan fondue and dusted in shaved black truffles. Each sandwich costs $70, but you can get a half sandwich for $40.
