A new, meaty option has arrived in Glendale. Owned by Michael Mina (the chef behind Bourbon Steak and the recently opened Tokyo Hot Chicken), this takeout/delivery-only spot serves all kinds of big, beefed-up patties, like their black truffle steak burger, a massive behemoth served with black truffle camembert and caramelized french onion fondue. Other options include a prime dry-aged steak burger, BBQ salmon burgers, and a roasted veggie burger consisting of a maitake mushroom patty and slathered in yuzu kosho aioli. They also have a variety of sides like wedge salads, banana pudding, and their famous duck fries. Orders for takeout and delivery can be placed through their website.
