Blossom has been open in Silver Lake for a while, and yet this subdued Vietnamese spot somehow still feels a bit under the radar. The space is actually two stories, and you’re definitely going to want to make your way to the basement. Its serene vibe (and attached wine cellar) is everything you need when you just need some peace and quiet in the middle of the week. Get the pho with rare steak.
