If you’ve got money to blow and have a thing for alternative modes of transportation, then Bistro 1759 might just be for you. This new restaurant, on top of the Grove’s double-decker trolley, takes you on a literal ride around the premises while serving a four-course meal. Dishes include spicy tuna on crispy rice, sashimi platters, wings and oxtail fried rice, and gingerbread pudding, plus wine and cocktail pairings. The only catch? Each meal starts at $1000 for two guests. Does this kind of remind us of the plot to Bong Joon Ho’s Snowpiercer? Only a little bit. Reservations can be made here.
