Another addition to the Platform complex in Culver City, Bianca Bakery is a huge spot serving upscale French and Italian for lunch. The sandwiches here are great, and come on house-baked focaccia (we like the mortadella and manchego best). Some other stuff is a bit too pricey - the gnocchi is $20 for a too-small portion, not to mention a bit overcooked. But the pastries, including the pistachio tart and chocolate zucchini bread, are fantastic, and worth braving Platform’s endless parking structure for.
