For now, we’re simply going to focus on what we know: Which places are opening back up and what to expect based on the statewide restrictions. Like you, we’re monitoring the situation day-by-day (more like hour-by-hour), and we’ll continue to update this guide as restaurants reopen in these Ventura County cities.
