Pop-ups are tricky. Between the shifting locations, sporadic scheduling, and of course, ephemeral nature of a pop-up, planning your next meal can feel like a master class in time management. We’ve often joked that you need a calendar to keep track of all of LA’s pop-ups… then we thought “Wait, why don’t we just make one?” Virgo season.

So, it is our extreme honor to bring to you: The Official LA Pop-Up Calendar. This running guide is organized by week and pop-up date (with some identifying details for the uninitiated) and we’ll continue to add to it as the month progresses.

Did we miss your favorite pop-up? Shoot us a line at losangeles@theinfatuation.com.
