The LA Neighborhood Delivery & Takeout Directory

When LA restaurants and bars began pivoting to different takeout and/or delivery options - everything from DIY meal kits to cocktails delivered to your doorstep - we thought that it would be important to keep track of them all. Because even though you can’t eat at restaurants, you can still support them by ordering their food.

We kept updating our directory until it got so big that it crashed the site. So, we took inspiration from local restaurants and adapted on the fly - with a good old-fashioned spreadsheet. It’s organized by neighborhood (you can scroll through the tabs at the top of the sheet, or search for yours in the dropdown menu in the top left corner). From there, it outlines the status of each restaurant, and provides all relevant info - how to contact them, what they’re offering (delivery, takeout, etc.), and what platforms they’re on. If the restaurant is marked as closed, please consider visiting their website and purchasing their merch or gift cards, or donating to one of several charities currently helping hospitality workers.
