5 Exciting Things To Do & Eat From December 8th-12th
Between the deluge of holiday parties, frantic online shopping, and the realization that your body can no longer digest eggnog, this stretch of December can feel like a blur. But before we know it, it’s going to be over. So take some time this week to relax and enjoy it. There’s a whole new crop of holiday markets to explore, the debut of an SGV food hall, and some of the final pop-ups of the year.
The Events
Still need to get some gifts for people? Haven’t even started? Us too. Luckily, this Saturday, December 11th, Hot Donna’s Clubhouse is hosting a Holigay Market at Elysian Park. The event runs from 12-5pm and will feature games, live music, snacks, and over 30 queer, BIPOC, and Indigenous-owned vendors. Tickets are $7 with a portion of all proceeds going to @juniorhighla, a non-profit specializing in the safety of queer and BIPOC artists.
