Shackfuyu is a modern, trendy Japanese-Korean spot by the people who popularised the ramen thing in London with their restaurant Bone Daddies. and it’s perfect for a casual midweek dinner, or when there’s a group of you keen to hunker down and eat some solid Asian food. We like the Korean wings and lamb ribs, but if you skip the bo ssam-style short rib, you did it wrong.
