The folks behind 11 Pimlico Road answered a question no-one was really asking, namely, what would happen if you let a Pinterest fanatic loose inside an old pub? To be fair, the result is actually quite lovely, with a vibe that’s a cross between an airy Aussie cafe and, well, a converted pub. It’s a gimme for brunch (get the coconut pancakes), especially when they open the shutters when it’s sunny, and for an Aperol Spritz in the afternoon. Service can be hit and miss and food is hilariously overpriced, but given the address, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise - those interior designers don’t come cheap, after all.
