Does sir need assistance in finding the bathroom after his fourth glass of Bordeaux? Perfect, that’s their time to shine. This Mayfair spot not only has excellent service and enough white table cloths to make you feel like a proper grown-up, it also serves some pretty great seasonal French food, and has outdoor terrace seating. Come here for a proper anniversary dinner or a special birthday meal for two, but be warned, the prices are what we professionals refer to as ‘really fucking expensive’. If you’re not looking to spend a small fortune on wild sea bass, then be sure to get involved in their three course - wine included - £29 set meal.
