Kanenas Coffee London
Kanenas is more wholesome than Keanu Reeves playing with puppies. Tucked into Ealing’s leafy side streets, this is a family-run, neighbourhood cafe that's big on heart. It’s the sort of place where names and coffee orders are remembered, grandmas are enquired after, cosy catch-ups are had, and you keep mopping in vain at your plate of Cretan eggs hoping for one last tomatoey swipe. Settle into the wooden booth at the back, tucked behind the sea green, tiled counter for coffee and a solid pastrami toastie with a mate, which might quickly turn into a three-hour debrief fuelled by decafs and moreish doughnuts. Or just perch on a bench seat outside and fuss at all the golden retrievers passing by.
