Darby’s is a spacious oyster bar, restaurant, bakery, and all-round comfortable place to eat and drink well in near Vauxhall. Though little about this Irish-influenced restaurant will stay with you until your last breath, it’s still a perfectly nice place to spend an evening eating excellent oysters and £1 truffle arancini balls. The bigger seafood and meat plates are less impressive, especially as there’s a sizeable price increase, but nothing here is actively bad. It’s perfect for a business meal, or just to hit the bar.
