Copper Chimney has been serving food to Bombay since Eminem was in diapers, but they only arrived in Westfield London in 2019. The biryanis here can be a bit of a let down but if you’re in or around the area it’s worth stopping in for the lamb chops, the roti basket, and at least one of the grilled chicken dishes. There’s also a bright and shiny oval bar if you just need an Espresso Martini and safe sanctuary from some crazed sales’ shoppers.
