Bellefields

Bellefields is an uplifting workspace-cum-cafe that makes a nice change when we can’t face the living room corner we optimistically declared our home office. It’s a light-filled, open-plan space, close to Brixton station. There’s lots of comfortable seating—high tables for taking calls, cosy booths for long work days, and tables which are smart enough for client coffees and meetings that require a good Zoom background. It leans more bougie WeWork than coffee with a friend, but it’s a useful spot to know about when you’ve got a laptop in tow. Just know that the menu is limited to pretty forgettable salads and toasties. There are better options nearby, so we’d recommend taking a screen break and heading to one of these spots instead.
