You watched 21 four times in the past week trying to master counting cards. You were never very good at math, but this is your moment. Three hours later, you’re back to the exact amount you came in with and you don’t remember what sunlight looks or feels like. That’s when you hope someone made a reservation at Masso Osteria for dinner. It’s about a 30-minute drive from the Strip, but it’s worth it once you see the huge patio and classic Italian food. Get a table outside, remember how nice nature is, and order plenty of pasta. Just make sure you don’t miss the veal chop “parmigiana” and the salted caramel budino - they’re both mandatory orders.

Cleaver is best enjoyed with a group - head to this spot right off the Strip for massive steaks, and a great Happy Hour.
