There are two types of people you’ll find at Catch. The ones who came because they saw pictures of the wild, colorful, forest-like entrance, and the others who heard that this restaurant in the ARIA has some truly amazing seafood. Whichever group you’re in, you’re going to have a good time here. The fish they serve is some of the best in Vegas and the menu has dishes like salmon belly carpaccio with yuzu and hamachi spinach with sweet ponzu. It’ll all have you leaving happy enough that you won’t want to purposefully crash everyone’s photo ops.

One of our favorite buffets is at Veranda - it’s more casual than with it being inside the Four Seasons, and the mini donuts can cure any hangover.
Greene St. Kitchen
With a caged bar and graffiti-ed arcade, Greene St. Kitchen is one of the craziest-looking places you'll ever go, and that's saying something in Vegas
Rosina in the Venetian is one of the classiest looking bars you’ll find in Vegas; come for a cocktail with someone you’d like to impress.

Sit on Lakeside’s patio to see the Wynn’s nightly light and water show while eating from a seafood-heavy menu.
Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips
The fish at Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips in the Linq Hotel is great, but you’re really there for the chips which you can get covered in chorizo.
Shark, right next to Kaos in the Palms, is a great place for dinner before a night out, with a mostly-seafood menu with some twists.

Mott 32 in the Venetian works just as well for a blowout Chinese dinner as it does for a reasonably-priced meal of dim sum at Happy Hour.
