If you’re looking for an excuse to wear your new sundress and gossip about whatever unhinged thing you saw on the Strip last night, Bottiglia’s sundrenched room accented with floral curtains and upholstery (not to mention the boxwood picture backdrop) is just the spot. 

The portions are great for sharing, so start with a shellfish tower and avocado toast, and don’t hesitate to order the enormous, gooey orange caramel pecan sticky bun (because you’re sharing, remember?). And, whether you have room for it or not, order the tirami “shoe,” which is exactly what it sounds like: the Italian dessert, but in the shape of an edible pump.
