Sushi By Hidden, from the team behind Hidden Omakase, is a 30 minute omakase in Rice Village. The tiny, hidden sushi bar only fits 10 people, which means you’ll be elbow-to-elbow with some strangers. But small talk isn’t really the name of the game here—you’ll need every second of the half-hour experience to focus on throwing back pieces of madai snapper and kanpachi. If you're in the mood for more than sushi, add some a la carte items like uni or a “caviar bump” to your omakase. And since it takes longer to get an oil change than to dine at Sushi By Hidden, there’s plenty of time afterward to take a leisurely stroll through the NFT gallery that this place is hidden behind.
