Do we even need to introduce Cindy Crawford? She's only the most famous American model of all time and regardless of sexual orientation, you definitely had a poster of her in your room at some point. Also, you definitely remember where were you when you first saw that Pepsi commercial. Fast forward a couple decades, and the owner of the world's most famous beauty mark is also a skincare mogul (check out her Meaningful Beauty line), an author (Becoming was released last year to celebrate her 50th birthday), and a longtime Malibu resident.
The supermodel gave us the lowdown on all her favorite Malibu restaurants, all of which are as classy as you'd expect.
"Love the local vibe and the food is locally sourced and delicious. My favorite dish is the kale salad with a side of salmon. Best eaten on the outdoor terrace with a glass of Casamigos Reposado on the rocks."
"It’s pretty to go to the Pier and drink a latte out of one of their big bowls. Great oatmeal too."
"I’ve been a fan of Nobu Matsuhisa’s restaurants for over 20 years, but I think this one is the best! You can’t beat the view and the food is always light and flavorful. Try the fried okra for a starter - my family loves the artichoke salad too. Of course all the sushi and sashimi are perfection."
"Technically down PCH in Santa Monica, but worth the drive. My daughter Kaia and I have a favorite table near the front door. We love stopping in after a day in town for the Penne Alla Vodka and an arugala salad."
"Little Beach House just opened in Malibu and it's the perfect spot to take my girlfriends. It's a private club so everyone is always excited to go. We meet early for a drink on the patio and then move inside for a cozy dinner. If I share with friends, I don’t even feel too guilty about the truffle pizza."
I love scrolling through and getting daily beauty inspiration from the new Meaningful Beauty page. We're always pulling in beautiful images from some of my industry favorites (for example: Dr. Sebagh's muses, Sam McKnight amazing roses, and favorite fan posts).
Herb was a friend of mine, and an amazing photographer. He actually shot the cover of my book, even though he didn't know it at the time! I love seeing his photos come up on my feed.
