Grace Kelly
Grace is an associate commerce editor at Serious Eats, where she writes, edits, and publishes product reviews (read: she gets to test things like spatulas for work). She previously worked as an assistant editor at America's Test Kitchen and, prior to that, did stints as a prep cook, environmental reporter, and magazine journalist. She's lived in Rhode Island for around 15 years, and she might be the only Rhode Islander who doesn't have Dunkin' iced coffee running through their veins. When she's not cooking in her tiny apartment kitchen, you'll often find her cycling into the city to grab a burrito at Tallulah's.
