The Wiener’s Circle in Lincoln Park is open till 4am (5am on the weekend) and is probably more famous for its wild late-night atmosphere than its hot dogs. But the hot dogs are very good, and stopping here in the afternoon for a char dog and some cheddar fries is a good idea if you don’t want to hear drunk people yelling.
