Upscale but still decently casual, you can always count on this spot to be the first place with tables outside as soon as the weather turns. They offer lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, plus a cocktail and dessert menu for when you want to make this your last stop of the night (they’re open until 2am). The food is fine, but the people-watching is better.
