Sultan's Market

To the uninitiated, Sultan’s looks like a little convenience store that just happens to serve food. But don’t be fooled. The little Middle Eastern market is one of the best places to grab a quick and simple meal. Falafel sandwiches are the go-to here, but anything traditional like lentil soup or chicken shawarma is good. There’s enough seating if you want to hang, including a side patio where you can BYOB when it’s nice outside.

DOX serves Greek street food in a bright, attractive Wicker Park space. It’s good for a casual and even healthy’ish dinner, especially on a weekday.

Comforting and reliable Greek food for when you're in the mood to light cheese on fire.
