Steakbar is Bavette’s meets Benchmark. And we mean that literally, because it’s a collaboration project between the owners of both spots. The menu has a lot of stuff you’ll recognize (like the steak tartar) and the food is very good, but you’ll either love or hate eating here depending how you feel about being in a Vegas-lite atmosphere.
