This BYOB Polish restaurant in Jefferson Park has a wooden interior, string lights, and leafy garland decorations, so eating here kind of feels like you're in a small cabin during the holidays. But their wide range of dishes, from borscht to a hearty potato pancake with goulash, are actually great for every season when you're in the mood for Polish food. They also have fantastic pierogies like cheese and potato or beef and pork, as well as fruity ones like strawberry or plum. And the best part is being able to your own dumpling sampler by mixing and matching sweet, savory, boiled, and fried pierogies.
