Saigon Sisters Restaurant
Where we've featured it
The Lunar New Year four-course dinner at Saigon Sisters also doubles as their Valentine’s Day special. It’s available from February 11-14, costs $75, and has options like turmeric fish spring rolls, spicy beef noodles, fried rice, bun rieu soup, and almond cookies with ginger ice cream. There are multiple locations downtown, and you can order here for pick-up.
Bún Bò Huế
Speaking of rich, seafood broths - the bún bò huế from Saigon Sisters is flavored with shrimp paste, fish sauce, lemongrass, and chili, which makes for a wonderfully spicy and pungent soup. Floating in that delicious broth you’ll find paper-thin slices of beef, both lean and fatty cuts of pork, pork sausage, and slippery udon noodles.
Available for takeout, delivery, and indoor dining
There are so many great dishes on Saigon Sisters’ $39 three-course Restaurant Week dinner that you should consider ordering from here several times. There are multiple bahn baos (tenderloin, fried chicken, BBQ jackfruit, and BBQ eggplant), cha ca la vong, bun cha hanoi, ca ri chay, octopus with squid ink rice, kabocha squash rice pudding, and caramel flan.
