Rye Deli & Drink just opened in the West Loop and has a great selection of handmade bagels. Along with the usual suspects like blueberry, sesame, and poppyseed, they also have varieties like thyme and sea salt or blue masa with cinnamon. And instead of cream cheese, they have labneh shmears with flavors like melted leek or roasted strawberry and honey.
Rye Deli & Drink, a new deli in the West Loop, is offering a $45 corned beef sandwich and cocktail package. It includes two corned beef sandwiches and two “Smoke on the Green River” cocktails - a drink made with mezcal, celery juice, jalapeno, and bamboo salt. If you just want the booze, you can purchase the cocktail by the quart for $35.
This new deli in the West Loop serves things like handmade bagels and labneh schmears (with flavors like roasted strawberry and honey), along with lunch items like matzo ball soup and pastrami sandwiches.
