Minahasa
Minahasa started as a pop-up run by the chef and his mother (Mama Betty), and is now operating out of Revival Food Hall in the Loop. This Indonesian restaurant has delicious things like soto ayam, beef rendang, and sambal chicken wings, along with ube cookies and balapis. And while the food hall is open for indoor dining, you can still get Minahasa for takeout and delivery.
