Luzzat, a small, casual spot underneath the Jarvis Red Line stop in Rogers Park, focuses on food from North India. And this place doesn’t have naan on the menu—we repeat, doesn’t have naan. But that’s not the only drawback: Most of the dishes here taste like they’ve been reheated after a six month stint in the deep freezer. While the portions are large, you likely won’t want to save your leftovers.
