The Lardon is a salumeria, so they have lots of charcuterie, salumi, and various other meats that they cure in-house. But this casual Logan Square cafe also has sandwiches, salads, and boards. And our favorite thing to do here is sit on their patio with a meat and cheese spread, a glass of wine, open our laptop, and pretend to get some work done. Also worth knowing is that their pastrami might be (and yes we’re aware of what we’re saying) the best in Chicago.
