Kylin Teppanyaki is a veteran stall at Chinatown's Richland Center food court, and it seems like it's been making Japanese food since before the Columbian Exposition. The long menu has lighter dishes like crispy okonomiyaki and takoyaki, along with heartier options like curry katsu bento boxes and bowls of udon.
