With a menu full of poke, sushi burritos, and bulgogi, trying to classify En Hakkore 2.0's cuisine is tricky. But regardless, this bright, counter-service fusion spot is great for a light and refreshing meal. They have large poke bowls packed with quality raw fish and a garden's worth of vegetables. We also like their sushi tacos made with a crispy nori shell, and their bulgogi sushi burrito which feels like the giant kimbap we’ve always wanted.
