Clave is a Cuban restaurant inside Politan Row, an upscale food hall in the West Loop. This place is from the same team as Bayan Ko, a fantastic Filipino and Cuban spot in Ravenswood, and Clave serves some of their best dishes. Like a perfectly constructed cubano on soft-on-the-inside, crunchy-on-the-outside bread, and a delicious ropa vieja with a side of sweet plantains.
