Ciccio
Hiding in the most unlikely of places (in the food court at Navy Pier, stay with us) is Ciccio, a very good stall with an Italian beef unlike any other. The beef is great, the peppers are solid, but there are no dipped or wet options here. There’s only dry, or “in a bath” with slices of garlic taking a soak and a handful of tasty potatoes adding "vibes" like a funemployed friend. Ciccio’s sandwich comes on sturdy bread approximating a mini baguette, and is semi-submerged in a plastic sandwich container. If you can manage to eat this without a fork and knife, we salute you.
