Cerise is the bar on the 26th floor of the Virgin Hotel in the Loop, and it’s exactly what you’re looking for in a sceney downtown rooftop: there are DJs, dancing, a short menu of just-fine snacks like bacon-wrapped dates, and fantastic views of the city. The inside looks like a combination of warehouse meets Lego city (with bright blue and red accents) and is filled with twentysomethings who appear to be better at having fun than you.
