Black Dog in Wicker Park has incredibly smooth gelato that they make fresh every day. There are a variety of interesting flavors, like pretzel Nutella, olive oil almond, and goat cheese cashew caramel. Since they only sell what’s fresh, they tend to run out of certain things before closing time - so if you really want a particular flavor, come early.
