Depending on where you look and who you ask, this spot might be known as A Place In Northeast or A Family In Northeast. But, despite any confusion about the name of this Chinese stall in the Richland Center food court, they have great sheng jian bao and jiang bing. The beef buns have a peppery filling with a thick wrapper with a crispy bottom. The beef jiang bing is equally tasty—the pancake is light and flaky, and the thin slices of beef are covered in a sweet and spicy sauce.
