But, despite any confusion about the name of this Chinese stall in the Richland Center food court, they have great sheng jian bao and jiang bing. The beef buns have a peppery filling with a thick wrapper with a crispy bottom. The beef jiang bing is equally tasty—the pancake is light and flaky, and the thin slices of beef are covered in a sweet and spicy sauce.
