There are no dim sum carts rolling around at Winsor (which is unfortunate as we consider that an enjoyable part of the dim sum experience) and the selection is more limited than other spots in Chinatown. Nevertheless, we still like this place a lot - everything’s made to order, and they’ve got some of the best lo bak go and cheung fun around.
