At some point in your life, you’ve looked at one of those Italian-American social clubs or VFW halls and wondered what it would be like to drink in there. UpperWest is a North Cambridge wine bar hidden in the basement of a veterans hall, so while it doesn’t actually feel like the real thing, it’s close.
